01 / PROPRIETARY, IN-HOUSE INTELLIGENCE

Built in-house. Trained on experience.

At Horizon Contract Glazing, we are rewriting the rules of commercial pre-construction. For nearly five decades, we have set the standard for storefront, window wall, and curtain wall fabrication across the Sacramento region from our West Sacramento facility. Now, we are combining nearly 50 years of our own real-world shop data with custom machine learning to give General Contractors, Pre-Con Managers, and Estimators an unmatched competitive edge.

Introducing Horizon FastTrack AI—our proprietary, in-house pre-construction engine. Unlike off-the-shelf software, this system was developed exclusively by Horizon and trained on decades of completed project archives, historical estimates, material yield calculations, and engineering logs from our own job history. Because it is an active learning system, it continually grows smarter with every drawing package processed.

02 / BASE BID + VALUE ENGINEERING

One drawing set. Two clear paths.

At launch, Horizon FastTrack AI is being developed to review complete Division 08 architectural PDF sets and prepare an executive bid package with a Base Bid and value-engineering options. Our target is a 24-hour initial review for eligible, complete submissions after acceptance; timing will depend on scope and availability. Alternatives will be reviewed against project performance requirements, approvals, and Title 24 documentation. Pricing, substitutions, fabrication availability, and installation dates are confirmed only in Horizon’s written proposal. Potential savings are project-specific—not an automatic discount.

WHAT YOU GET WITH HORIZON FASTTRACK AI

An unfair advantage before bid morning.

Proprietary In-House Intelligence

Powered by our exclusive, continually learning AI model trained on nearly 50 years of local Sacramento commercial job data, historical unit costs, and structural engineering logs.

Fast, scope-aware review

A 24-hour initial-review target is planned for eligible, complete submissions after acceptance. Complex packages, incomplete plans, and capacity constraints may require more time.

Dual-Track Bidding (Base Bid + VE Matrix)

Instantly compare your spec-compliant base bid against smart value-engineering options designed to solve budget overruns without sacrificing architectural intent.

Automated Title 24 Energy Audits

Review U-factor, SHGC, and VLT against the stated project criteria. Final selections, calculations, and Title 24 compliance remain subject to the required project review and approval.

Production planning, up front

Review fabrication availability alongside the proposed scope. Production windows are subject to approved submittals, material availability, capacity, and the final written agreement.

Clearer opening reviews

Flag potential opening, hardware, and scope questions before fabrication. The project team resolves RFIs and approves final submittals; automated review does not replace that process.

EARLY ACCESS / SACRAMENTO GENERAL CONTRACTORS

Be first in line.

Be first to hear when Horizon FastTrack AI goes live. We are inviting Sacramento-area general contractors to register their interest and help shape the launch. Early-access registration does not reserve production capacity or confirm a price or delivery date.

This is an interest form, not a plan upload. We’ll contact you about early portal access.
