For owners & property managers
Routine visits, practical recommendations
Serving the Greater Sacramento area
Maintenance without guesswork
Small problems shouldn’t become major disruptions.
A dragging entrance, a slamming closer, a worn gasket—routine wear can interrupt tenants and create unexpected work orders.
Catch wear earlier
Regular visits help identify visible problems and serviceable adjustment needs before they become larger repair requests.
Make budgets easier
Know what was inspected, what needs attention, and which repairs Horizon recommends for your next maintenance cycle.
Keep one trusted contact
Whether Horizon installed your storefront or not, our team can assess eligible commercial glazing and entrance systems.
What we inspect
