Laguna Springs Phase 4

Buildings A and B at Laguna Springs Professional Center in Elk Grove are a pair of four-story office buildings designed by LPAS for Pappas Investments. Each building provides approximately 110,372 square feet of office space.

Ascent Builders served as the contractor. Prominent curtain wall glazing and a regular window grid define the exterior, while the two buildings frame a shared plaza.
