700 K Street

700 K Street, also known as The Hardin, is a mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Sacramento. The project pairs restored historic commercial buildings with new housing on the block bounded by 7th, 8th, and K streets, near Golden 1 Center.

Street-level retail and restaurants bring renewed activity to the pedestrian corridor, with historic façades and glazed storefronts connecting the buildings to K Street. Project credit: CFY Development.
