PROJECT DETAILS & SYSTEM
16 Powerhouse is a six-story mixed-use development at 16th and P streets in Sacramento, directly across from Fremont Park. The project brings together 50 apartments and ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces.
Designed by LPAS Architecture and completed in 2015, the building combines a distinctive glazed façade, street-level storefronts, and an open-air interior courtyard. General contractor: Tricorp Construction.
